FITNESS CENTER
- Children under the age of sixteen (16) are not permitted to use fitness equipment unless accompanied by an adult.
- Proper attire is required at all times.
- Fitness Center hours will be posted at the Fitness Center check-in desk.
All equipment safety procedures must be adhered to at all times
Kids Bootcamp(ages 10-13) and Fitness Bootcamp(for adults) begins June 7th. The Kids Bootcamp class will be held at 4:30pm on Monday and Wednesday. The Fitness Bootcamp Classes will be held at 5:45am and NEW for this session 5:45pm(on M/W/F). Please check website for details, www.pillarhealthandwellness.com or call Robin at 224-392-4712.
KIDS BOOTCAMP-YOUTH FITNESS CLASSES: Coming in June7th-Classes will be held at 4:30. This class is offered to children ages 10 to 14 years old. It will focus on age appropriate activities like resistance training , cardio, flexibility, core and agility, all while having fun. I will also educate them in the importance of nutrition and being active
